They would probably love to grow in a polytunnel indoors.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eHarvesting \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cb\u003efor eating:\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003e Harvest whole pods when they are still green for eating fresh and are just starting to change colour or you can leave them to dry to brown on the plant and shell for cooking as a dried bean.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e\u003cb\u003eHarvesting for seed saving: \u003c\/b\u003eAllow seed pods to fully dry on the plant before harvesting as they mature before shelling and drying.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSaving seed from limabeans:\u003c\/strong\u003e Grow these beans like you would for food with plenty of airflow and not letting them dry out as they go, wait till they are fully dried on the plant if possible and harvest them as they ripen to allow for more to form on the plant.
